PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO AND MULTIMEDIA RECORDING
The photographs and the video and multimedia recording, jointly indicated as “multimedia contents” acquired during the International CAE Conference and Exhibition (Vicenza – Italy on October 28th and 29th, 2019) will be published on the web-site www.caeconference.com with the explicit approval of the single individuals (natural persons) that have been photographed or recorded in any other way.
In particular, during the event, multimedia contents are usually acquired; the registration to the event constitutes the acquittance provided by any single participant for the usage of his/her image and the related multimedia contents performed by the organization, including their publication and/or circulation in any form on websites, email, social media, press and in any other distribution form, in relation to disseminating and promoting aims, including also possible following editions of the event.
Anyone who would like to make use of his/her right of deleting multimedia contents related to his/her person, as recognized with the GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, can in any moment express his/her will and request its free enforcement sending an email to: info@caeconference.com
