THE CONFERENCE PROGRAM

The Plenary Session on the opening day will feature thought leadership presentations by recognized authorities in their fields. The Breakout Sessions focus on the most common application areas of virtual experimentation and illustrate practical experiences in different sectors. The Collateral Events are organized independently but take place alongside the CAE Conference and Exhibition. The Exhibitors Initiatives take place in the exhibitors’ booths in the Exhibition Center.

The International TwinMesh Users’ Summit is an event planned for both, existing TwinMesh users and engineers interested in reliable CFD simulation for rotary positive displacement (PD) machines. TwinMesh is a grid generator complementary to ANSYS CFD which automatically generates high quality hexahedral grids for the moving parts of rotary PD machines such as gear and gerotor pumps, screw and scroll compressors, as well as lobe pumps. Combined with ANSYS CFD the TwinMesh approach allows for very efficient and reliable CFD analysis of such machines and helps engineers to understand and improve their designs.

3 seminars are held by JSOL Corporation about multi-scale simulation technologies for materials design. J-OCTA is the integrated simulation system for soft materials. J-OCTA includes modeling tools and simulation engines to perform multi-scale simulation from molecular to continuum model. In seminars, basic technologies and industrial case studies of J-OCTA are introduced for CAE engineers. You can attend to each seminar separately, and one-on-one meeting is welcome.
